Hi everyone!
How time flies... We're not just in the middle of the semester, but also in the middle of the summer season of anime! What better way to spend this time than coming together to discuss what we're all watching over a free pocky and a free drink?

Location: Graham Cornish A, Union House 2nd floor
Feel free to drop in and out between classes. There will always be someone there until the end of the event. It's all chill, so be sure to come along and say hi :D

Confuzzle Night - Sem 2 Trivia
It is already mid-September, and 2017 which seemed like as if it barely started is marching towards its end. Has 2017 been a good year for you all?
Now that’s enough of good quoting, let’s talk about trivia night. Alright! It’s time for the Semester 2 AMC Trivia night! This will be a once in a life time opportunity for you to test your knowledge of anime against others to defeat them and win prizes, or realise your weakness and go back to the mountain (your room) to train.
Meet new people or catch up with those that you already know to form a team in order to win this glorious battle! It is time to d, d, d, d, d, DUEL!
Time: 6pm to 9pm
Date: Friday September 22
Location: Union House Lounge
We will also be donburis and bento orders through: From Here Orders close at 11:59pm before the event, and members will get a $4 discount. Oh, and pocky and drinks are provided to all members who signs the green sheet. Will see you there.
Movie Night 30/03/17 - The Boy and the Beast
Hi everyone!
How is everyone finding the new semester so far? Assignments? Mid-sem tests? Well all we can say to you is good luck and wait for the Mid-Sem break coming up.
That said, whether you’re busy with assignments and could use a break, or if you… aren’t, we’ve got our first movie night next week! Come along and check it out!
The movie we’ll be showing is the movie The Boy and the Beast. This is an absolute must watch movie by Hosoda Mamoru who also gave us the incredible Wolf Children. The film is the most successful film ever made by Hosoda, overcoming both Wolf Children and Summer Wars. The Boy and the Beast tells the dramatic story of Ren (Kyuuta) and Kumatetsu, who have just met each other, learning to accept and understand one another. We (Dohwon) have been planning to show this film since last year, and we (Dohwon) are very delighted to finally being able to share this incredible movie with you guys. Hope to see you guys there!

Screening Update - Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu
Due to room booking issues beyond our control, unfortunately tomorrow's screening (Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu) will not run this week. We will endeavour to keep you updated as to what rooms we are using in future weeks, and aim to finish the show by the end of the semester.

Once again, another anime season dawns upon us. With less than 2 weeks to go I feel like it's roughly a good time to get hyped up about the upcoming series. Unlike the 3 seasons so far, this one is jam packed with extra goodness that it's not the case of "what's good?" but more of "omg which one do I have to skip because I have no time???". Once again, I won't go over the sequels and such (with one major exception). 18 videos below
