AMC has unfortunately been disaffiliated from the University of Melbourne Student Union (UMSU). The AniManga Society (AMS) has been formed to take its place as the club for fans of anime, manga, and other related media within the University of Melbourne. They are currently seeking affiliation with UMSU.
AMS is founded and managed by completely different people, however the existing AMC committee has provided support and advice to its founders, and wishes the best for them in their affiliation process. If you are a University of Melbourne student seeking a community of anime and manga fans, please consider joining their petition efforts to become affiliated.
