AMC2019 - Midsemester Break Events
Good morning and happy first Satuday of the break!
....that was very specific wasn't it?
Thanks to everyone that turned up at Trivia Night on Thursday! I hope everyone had a great time because we at the committee definitely did!
Now we move into our events during mid-semester break!
First up, we'll have our Midsem Marathon! We'll be screening 2 (or more!) epsiodes of different anime from 9 am to 5 pm. You don't have to get up early unless you want to, just feel free to drop in anyime between start and finish. We're also offering the usual free Pocky and drink for your marathon refreshments!
What: Midsemester Break Marathon
When: Wednesday, 2nd of October. 9 am to 5 pm
Where: Arts West - North Wing 353
Secondly, we have the Cosplay Picnic! Here's something for the cosplayers of the club! Come to South Lawn in your finest cosplay for some snacking and relaxing during the break. Not an avid cosplayer? Just come in your best efforts. Maybe you can even get some tips from our resident cosplay experts!
What: Cosplay Picnic
When: Friday, 4th of October. 12 pm to 3 pm
Where: South Lawn (find the banner!)
Note: if the weather is bad, we'll have a backup room somewhere on Uni. Keep your eyes on the website or social media for confirmation on where this will be.
Finally, today we'll be putting the booking through for the Midsem Break Karaoke! Make sure you confirm that you're still going so we can ensure that the numbers are correct.
